WNY is the only place

I know your wondering why does this app not work?well the app only works in WNY New York! Most people will not take the time and read the information about it so I will! If you live in a different state besides WNY the app will not work!!!!!!!!! If you know your for sure your school is closed and its not on the app! That means you dont live in WNY!!!!! Thanks,
